Water washing is recognised as the most effective way of purifying your home produced biodiesel and these high quality spray heads are ideal for this application, producing low velocity water droplets which eliminate the risk of a bio/water emulsion. The 1/2 inch thread fitting is compatible with standard 1/2 inch hozelock connections (source from Ebay for approx £1.00) and is designed to operate under standard mains pressure. These spray heads are used in industrial applications, not something you can buy at B&Q, and will probably last a lifetime of use.
